Our first ever beer. It is called Bryg nr. 61 (brew no. 61), as it took 60 attempts before ending up with "Bryg nr. 61 - IPA". It is a fruity and hazy New England Pale Ale made primarily with Citra and Mosiac. Only very modest bitterness but high aroma of exotic fruits. Delicious for a summer day or a drink in the bar. It has now become a classic for us.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, herbs, some fruity, mild lactose tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some wooden, herbal and grassy notes. A bit on the watery side as for the palate.

Burk. Väldigt söt och fruktig, men jag upplever den lite krispigare och mindre gräddig än vissa andra i stilen. Visst bett av beska och torrhet i slutet också.

bottle. bbf nov 2021 sampled 2022-01-28 as Pride celebration edt. hazy yellow, smooth offwhite head. citrussy hoppy aroma with a malty base. well rounded and balanced, besides citrus, grapefruit i also get some melon or perhaps even mango. flavor is exotic fruity with a crips but still flavorfull malty balance. the one i've got tastes perfect, even though it is not that fresh. Don't bother not to load up on these - they keep fresh for months, it is a very easy drinking, very tasty ipa.

Tap at Valhalla Praha. Murky orange beer, off-white thick head. Pungent aroma going from elderflowers through lychee to wild grapes, later showing some tart citric notes. Nice! Lean taste, citric, cheap mango, surprisingly less like than the aroma than expected. Okay, not much bitterness, dry though in the finish. Nice basic beer I'd say.
