Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

Imperial pint can. Mango aroma with notes of grapefruit, orange, tangerine, grassy and pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with mango, orange and grassy hop flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with grapefruit, tangerine and pine resiny hop flavors. Good, well balanced ipa.

Bottle from The Beer Mongers, Portland. Aroma is dank resinous hops, malt, caramel, pine resin, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Starts out malty and resinous but yields more of its dank hoppy and tropical character down the road. Very nice.

Can. Clear pale amber with a good inch of white head. Aroma of pine, some berries, light biscuit, blood orange. Dryish with light biscuit; clean with pine and berries. Medium high bitterness. Solid but not very characterful.

Can at home, 10th October 2021. Pours a clear golden beer. Aroma is citrus and pine, aromatic, resin. Taste is on the bitter side, pithy, some grapefruit, it’s a good old fashioned west coast style IPA, good stuff

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear deep golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Aroma of blood orange, pine and caramel. Flavour follows the aroma. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Rich and hoppy.
