Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Thanks Carlos! Pours a clearish copper gold with a finger of beige head that lingers. Wet hay, farmhouse aromas with grass and light peppery esters. Good, clean carbonation with some light tropical brett notes on the palate...dried pineapple, horseblanket and overripe citrus. Clean finish with more goaty farm notes that linger. Great saison! --- Beer merged from original tick of Tres Cabras on 09 Mar 2019 at 01:39 - Score: 7

Bottle share, brought by NoiZe. Yallow/golden color, cloudy. White head, not much. Aroma’s are fruity, sweet fruit, bubblegum, a bit strange, but no brett-funky at all. Flavor is slightly bitter with a touch of sourness. Light bodied. Finishes fruit at first, then light to moderate bitter. Likeable.

Bottle thx to NoiZe, small sample. Hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma is slight spicy, some green hop, bit funky. Soft bitterness, bit spicy, bit funky. Love to see more bubblegummy Brett in it, in contrast to funky and slight leathery Brett. Decent stuff though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tres Cabras on 24 Sep 2017 at 20:02 - Score: 8

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white head. Mild brett aroma with some flowers. Med body or so. Flavor is mild, earthy brett with a deal of flowery hop, perhaps some citrus. Has a dry brett tang. Easy drinker, but a nice sour.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Alexey. Hazy golden with a white head. Soapy yeasty aroma, floral and spicy, with some fruity hops. Flavor is quite dry, yeasty, floral, slightly soapy, with some fruity hops, light tartness, and a bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied, lively carbonation.
