The first All Motueka Experiemental recipe makes its debut for NZ Hop Week. We started with our classic, All Motueka Everything recipe and then hit it with a big dose of Phantasm. Derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm brings a big thiol character to the beer which is a key player amongst the compounds that drive the massive, tropical flavors we love from New Zealand hops.

473ml can. Fresh, intensely hoppy and juicy tropical fruity with some floral and herbal notes, vinous grapes, citrus and grapefruit. Can from Matt: pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is citrus, herbs, papaya. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter. Very smooth. Excellent.
