Sampled on draft this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart perfume with vague fruity hops and a bit of chalk. The flavor was tart, sour and a bit off with notes of fruity hops and egg white. Medium length finish. Light body. Not good.

A blonde pils with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, a nice biscuitty malt with light German hops, and mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt with smooth present Saaz hops, oily finish, medum bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 29 2011.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear pale golden color with a thin and fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Patchy lacing on the glass. Light hops aroma with faint malt and yeast in the background. Light-bodied with peppery hops, malt and yeast flavors. The finish is mildly bitter with hops and spice aftertaste. Average overall.

Dull straw colour. Slight diacetyl, slight grain and some spiciness. A bit peanutty, and also a bit underfermented (worty). Herbal but sweet finish. Almost tastes like Delster NA.

Deep blond color, with creamy head. The aroma is delicate, peachy. Good and smooth mouthfeel; some malt flavor, with medium to low bitterness, and a peachy trait.
Pleasant.
