"Bembel with Care Apfelwein Gold", Dose von REWE Fronhausen, 14.11.2025. - Blaßgelb, durchsichtig. - In der Nase noch ein wenig interessant mit Anklängen an Quitte und herben Apfelmost, im Antrunk nur noch fruchtig-süß apfelmostig. Die zart honigartige hohe Restsüße bringt auch leise Quittennoten mit sich, doch fehlen herbe, trockene Apfelaromen. - Simples, massentaugliches Supermarktprodukt ohne Tiefgang, doch angenehm und rund.

500ml can from a getrankemarkt in Frankfurt. Pours a very pale, clear gold. Aroma of commercial, artificially-sweetened supermarket can cider, which the flavour profile also delivers. Strongbow-esque. Not for me.

Recht helle, klare Farbe. Die Bezeichnung „Apfelwein Gold“ kann sich darauf nicht beziehen. Herb fruchtig, Sektnoten, medium trocken, einiges an Restsüße. Die 5,0 % Alk. könnten auch al 6,0 % durchgehen. Obwohl die Kohlensäure nur maximal im Mediumbereich angesiedelt ist etwas scharf am Gaumen. Trotzdem gut trinkbar - und ich bin ein großer Fan von Wortwitzen. „Bembel With Care“ - großartig.
