(swing top bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a short and non-persistent foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, grainy and subtle fruity aroma with light notes of flowery hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly sugary pale malty and shy grainy taste with floral accents; sweet malty and shy floral and herbal hoppy finish. A tad sweet but nevertheless pleasant to drink. 31.III.10

Bottle. Golden, fine carbonation, low head. Honeyish aroma. Fat malty body, wild honey spicyness, good hop profile. Chewy, mellow mouthfeel. Sweet fattyness, yet fresh on the palate. Quick finish, light spice retronasal.

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale blonde. Grassy maltaroma. Malty sweet, bready flavor with notes of grass and tropical fruit. Sticky mouthfeel, almost sugary, but a pleasant and firm bock.

bottle, purchased at the brewery. Clear golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty and sweet with hints of honey and vanilla. Some aromatic hops sneak in towards the longering finish.
