0,5 l bottle to start this long christmas weekend. Dark golden in the glass, slightly cloudy with a more than one finger white intensive foamy head. Musty grassy aroma. Taste is malty with a caramel shot, bitter hop present in the second row. Creamy. Tastes way better than it smells. Soft bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Craftbier webshop and consumed at home Thursday 7th December 2023 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music, about to cook Polpettes with a Tomato Sauce and homemade Christmas Pudding with homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Pours amber with a light haze and white head. Some caramel a bit of fruitiness, malty, not so much christmassy but decent.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow, minimally grainy and spicy, malty aroma, a touch of caramel and malt lozenge. Taste is mellow and minimally spicy malty, minimally doughy yeasty and mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of malt lozenge, caramel, strawy-spicy overtones. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, well adjusted sweetness especially - OK.

50cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a small white lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, spicy hops. Taste of mild sweet caramelized malt, biscuit, spicy hops.

Poured a small off-white head that was mostly diminishing, sparse lacing, carbonated, slightly hazy, and an orange hue. Aroma and flavor were malty, hoppy and sweet.

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly sweet and minimal nutty malty aroma with dicreet notes of caramel and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with a tinge of cara-malt; moderately sweet malty and shy hoppy finish. Not bad but also not exciting. 21.IV.10

Bottle (copyright by Stefan!): Deep golden to light amber coloured; mineralic and sweetish-malty nose with a hoppy tinge; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. Not great, but quite good.......

Bottle, thanks Quack-Duck! Grasy and herbal hop nose. Copper, nice lacing head. Spicy, slightly abarasive flavour profile, light spicy malt, herbal and grassy hops plastered on top. Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Grassy, light soapy finish.
