Belgian-style quadrupel ale brewed with spices
Tradition and innovation, consider this a blend. We innovated by staying the course. This quadruple ale sings traditionally familiar notes of dark sugar, caramel, spice, and a Bruery twist with the addition of poached pear, for a well balanced, fruit-forward, ale. Meant to be shared over special occasions with family and friends.

Thanks to goldtwins for sharing - sticky sweet aroma, with some fruit skin tartness to balance it - a bit of cherry and vanilla - the flavor is a bizarre mix of strong sweetness and fruit skin tartness - a tiny bit of spiciness - the heavy sweetness washes out a lot of the potential character of the beer - quads should be sweet, sure, but they should be a lot more complex than this.

Bottle from Bottle Trek. Ruby copper color with a large tan head. Aromas suggesting a quad. Dark stuff and yeast. Some heat, but not much. Medium plus body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is quad malt/yeast appropriate, with hints of pear and dark fruit. Burns just slightly. Finish goes mildly sweet to dry. It’s not Westy 12, but close enough to claim the style. Drink it.

Draft. Rich ruby-amber beer with an off-white head. Light pear, dark fruit, yeast aroma. Yeast, malt, pear/green apple flavor that’s slightly sugary. Medium bodied. Malt, yeast, pear/green apple lingers with light alcohol and light sugars. Will get better.

Not quite ready for release, but this is by far my favorite Bruery beer! Will age with the best of them, I plan on buying out my storeβs allotment! Pours hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma of plum, booze, clove, caramel and candied dark fruits. Taste is alcohol, brandy, candied fruits...just amazing, with some dark ripe plums. Great Stuff! Syrupy mouthfeel, light bubbles, slightly warming! Sent in a picture to be uploaded.
