Draught @ Kaffee Bazaar, Ypres. Pours unclear dark with a foamy tan head. Decent BIPA.. interesting flavour profile.. can pick out a bit of liquorice, dark candy sugar perhaps, brown malt, dark malt.. finishing dry. Like it.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Vrijwel zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Tabak, gebrande mout, hoppig, citrus, grapefruit, limoenschil, koffie, goed bitter, prikkelend hoppig. Medium body. Lekker, en helaas het enige echt overtuigende bier van De Molen van vandaag.

A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, dark malt, chocolate. Taste of resinous bitter hops, citrus, dark roasted malt.

Magus, mõru, röst, kohv, linnaseline, veits happeline, kerge alks. Humalahammustust võiks rohkem olla, aga muidu ok.

On tap at Fermentoren, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma has moderate roast, earthy hops, and a hint of toffee. Flavour is balanced and clean, with medium roast, some earthy piney hops, and a dry toasted finish. Nice balance, but I do want more hops in here. Good.

On tap at Fermentoren. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malts and some bitter pine on the nose. Flavour has roasted malts, some dry pine needles. Body is a bit shallow and the hops are fairly timid, but not bad.
