Brewed to celebrate our 10th Birthday, with our friends at Fieldwork; supported by YCH.
Krush™ T90 gives bold citrus, amplified by a late addition of HyperBoost™, Simcoe® leans true-to-style with that beloved bitter tang & Nelson Sauvin™ brings a hint of pressed gooseberry. A base of lager malt & continuous hot-side hopping has yielded an expressive, modern take on the WCIPA.
Bright, bold & bone dry.
VEGAN.
Artist Notes
Tenoch is said to have guided the Mexica people through years of exile to the place where they would build Tenochtitlan. According to legend, the Aztec god Huitzilopochtli appeared to Tenoch in a dream, revealing the sign that would end their search: an eagle perched on a cactus, clutching a snake. That cactus, it’s said, grew from the heart of Copil—an enemy of the Mexica—cast into a sacred lake.
Our Tenoch sits on a stone throne, surrounded by prickly pear cacti. Above him, the eagle stands watch—wings wide, snake in beak—a powerful nod to the myth, the founding of a great city, and the symbol that still lives on in the Mexican flag.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Clear gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation coming through on the back end. Light smooth malts, a rounded sweetness. Light cooling pine hops. Mellow citrus, slightly ripe, traces of tropical fruits and candy fruits. Whisper of hop spice on the light finish. Light, clean and drinkable but won't live long in the memory.

440ml can, a gift from a friend. The last beer of a mini-tasting with myself on 11th July 2025. Poured into my 'Judas' glass, it looked fine, almost clear golden body, white crust. Nose of oranges and cactus, add some algae traces and you've got the 'smell'. Taste is fruity, again with oranges to the fore, some grapes like hints and a little stone fruit bits and bobs. Light piney finish, but it's sweet rather than bitter.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma is Nelson heavy, dank, grape, gooseberry, citrus, pine. Taste is likewise Nelson dominant, lots of dank, grape and gooseberry character, grapefruit, piney resin, solid bitterness. Medium bodied, crisp. Great westie.
