Bottle @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Cloudy dark red, small light pink head. Horse, barn yard and red berries aroma. Sour flavour, more horse, tart red berries.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma is very floral, with light funk, tart cherries, and plenty of the rose hip. Flavour is more funky, with acidic cherries, lots of floral notes from the rose hop, and gentle acidic. Nice funk character and good incorporation of the rose hip. Excellent.

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, mlaty, tart cherries, wood and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 240525
