On tap at Mikkeller Baghaven, pours a bright reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma reveals tart berries, some wild yeast, and lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy blackberries, and a bit of wild yeast. Not particularly deep or complex but it works.

375ml bottle. Smooth, slightly tart and oaky with loads of berry juice, some soft sourness, farmyard and funky yeastiness. Pretty balanced.
