Ein Bier, das nach harter Arbeit den Durst stillt. Naturbelassen, bernsteinfarbig und naturtrüb verspricht es den vollen Genuss.
Nach dem Tod des Brauereigründers Eduard Graf 1918 führte seine Frau Annette Graf die Brauerei erfolgreich weiter. Sie war streng aber beliebt und sorgte sich besonders um ihre Büezer. Mit diesem Bier dankte sie am Feierabend ihren fleissigen Büezern, die schon damals das beste Bier im Tal brauten.

Interesting and classical beer, on the Swiss way, amber on the dry way, metalic but it is well integrated, toffe even the dryness, hop, 27.03.20, finding this one at the rio getränkmarkt, Muri "AG", drinking it at Morges.

Bottle. Unclear amber color with off-white head. Aroma is bready, earthy, caramel, a bit nutty. Taste is the same, caramel, earthy, delicate but quite tasty. Soft velvety mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Much better than expected tbh, this is good, eventhough this is a bottle that expired this month.

ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, sweet malt, sharp, moderate to light yeast, fruity yeast, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, light sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190903]

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Starts malty, modest dry, light bitter notes in the background. Finish well balanced, but a bit boring malty. Okay.

bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Deep golden with a brown hue, mid-sized creamy off-white head. Malty and mild start, hsy erthay and herbal hopüs plus a faint touch of roasetd malts. Mild and shy, but decent and very smooth.
