50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful deep red, with very abundant pinkish foam, fine. Aroma is rich, with cherries, Brett, some vinegar. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Taste is medium sour, very elegant. Maybe too light on the mouth. Final is fairly long but still with delicate sourness.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, redd-ish, dark brown colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, superbly lacing, off-white to beige head. Vinous, fruity, spicy, mildly oaky aroma, notes of dark berries, blackberry, blueberry, some lingonberry, some cherry, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, a touch of plum and blue grapes. Taste is dry, sour, fruity, slightly vinous, minimally spicy and woody, earthy-leafy notes of fruit parings, morello, blueberry, blackberry, hints of blue grapes, a touch of oak, clove and nutmeg. Smooth and soft palate, fine, gentle but efficacious carbonation, lingering, dry finish. Excellent, complex nose, a tad too cramped, restricted in taste. Wonderful stuff!
