In perfect time for this winter season, we let this one age in foeders for two months until it earned it's sea legs! Having aged in Foeders, you'll note the unmistakable oak on the nose with a welcoming dry oak finish. In between, we get big notes of multi-layered malt, chocolate, and roasty goodness. This dark lagered Porter is as smooth and deliciously complex in flavor as one could want!

Baby 10oz goblet @Max's. Dark & dull brown with ruby highlights. Boozy wood, honey nut cereal, nothing crazy. Delicious sharpness in a hint of savory smoke (that has just a bit of wood in it). Itchy, brown toast. Nice body, just boozy enough. Great.
