Cellar Series: Grapefruit Rosemary Spritzer

Big, fresh ruby red grapefruit aromatics, a nice full body, and an incredibly refreshing finish make this a welcome addition to the summer Cellar Series lineup. This cider is medium-dry, full-flavored, and very balanced. There's a nice bitter grapefruit tang that's lifted up off the palate with notes of rosemary. Truth be told, it almost feels like more of a cocktail than a cider.
