A spectacular collaboration with Tom Oliver. Faux Poire is ANXO's rif on traditional UK Perry. We playfully call it Faux-Poiré because it’s a faux pas for our apples only brand to be playing with pears and because we took real Perry (also known as Poiré) and made it a fake Perry by adding Pear Cider to it.
Faux Poire is Delicate yet refined, hints of West Country tannin w/ notes of honey and pear. Our only off dry product as pears don’t fully ferment. Though still close to 0g of sugar.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can @ Cider Junction. Goblet. Hazy, faded pale gold pour. Sweet n sour nose. Tart, somewhat sour, wild vinegar, lime pith, semi-sweet, melon, Granny Smith plus Asian pear sort of flavor. Dusty sulfite finish. Biting carbonation, mellow abv. Okay to solid.
