Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle, bottled on 2/12/2016 corked and capped poured into a tulip. Hazy bright gold with small white head. Aroma is slightly tart funk, medium/light bottle, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart, funk, some yeast, and some pear. Quite good.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sour funk and dusty pear skin aromas. Soft with sweet pear and caramel upfront turning tart in the lasting summer fruit finish. Nice.

Bottle from Florida Hazy deep yellow with a good sized bubbly white head that persists. Earthy spicy peppery nose with bits of pomme fruit and funk on the nose. Light lemony tartness initially followed by an almost sweet pomme fruity flavor that quickly dissipates giving way to a bit of tart cherry and earthy funk that again fades into a tart lingering pear finish. A pretty tasty layered beer I quite enjoyed.

Very hazy dark yellow. No head. I don’t get overwhelmed with pear on aroma. Has a light Brett pale ale with grapes. Taste is a different story. The biting pear taste hits you and lingers. Funked, not puckering. Dense mouthfeel. A little chalky. Little bit of white wine

Bottle at the main DC December gathering. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was lots of strong fruit notes - pear was nice. Light fruits, pear, juicy notes. Plenty of nice funky acid notes.
