Man Eating Toaster is a Cinnamon Toast Crunch inspired IPA. We added milk sugar, dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic, and then conditioned on cinnamon & vanilla.

My 150th unique Aslin beer! 16 oz can poured into a tulip. Aromas of orange citrus, light floral notes, cinnamon and vanilla. Tastes of tropical fruit, orange citrus, floral notes, some cinnamon and vanilla. Medium body with a dry finish. Thankfully not a cinnamon bomb, more on the nose though. Like you accidentally dropped your OJ in a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and had to scarf it down before it got gross & soggy.
