Taste is melon-laced yogurt sour, Sidra-adjacent, some green pepper. Juicy-tart & whisper quiet bitterness in the middle. Finish is creamy with a passe bitter edge. Medium-low carb, strong acid, semi-sweet, mellow bite. Pass.
