750 cork & cage bottle from their most recent club shipment. Rare Vos glass @home. MGD crispy, active, pale gold pour. Lemon, minerally champagne, oaky, corn, thick skinned apple. Strong & simple nose. Super crispy, lemon tea, corn, bittersweet+bittersharp, US meets UK. Astringent, high acid, minerally, ruby red rind, extra pithy. Almost clean, mellow oak, no guessing, very direct. Strong, natural bubbly, hard South Hill acid, perfect abv. Loves.
