Bittersweet, heavy tannins, big oak, moderate earthy English funk. Really classy & heavy, low CO2, somewhat boozy. Good. Better on tap. 11/23/23 3.1 750ml from Press online. Mojito glass @home. Hazy, half flat, mellow gold pour. Earthy, red wine, guava, really sharp, soft farm funk nose. Half-sour, earthy, yeasty, sharp apples, obvious red wine, soupy, slate, messy blob of a cider. My stomach hated me pretty soon after. Faint carb, yeasty, just too whatever for me. Meh.
