Tart Barnyard, the name of my cover band. Earth, whiskey punch, dry leaves, shrooms, more skin than fruit, macerated sharp-floral apples, cream, almost completely dry. Hinting wild sourness starting to creep in. Moderately acidic, medium low tartness, prickly but under-serving carbonation, just enough sugar to not hurt. This is very good.
