A modern Amber Ale for everyone. American hops pair with a traditional British malt base and yeast profile to give this local favourite a distinctly modern twist. Caramel, toffee, honey & hazelnut combined with a malty backbone make this an incredibly well balanced amber ale.

Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 6th March 2025. Coppery amber with shallow off-white foam foam and full lacing. Malty aroma. Nutty maltiness in-mouth - hazelnut. Citrus on the tongue. A finish of abundant maltiness and leafy hops. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

(Cask at Leili Pub, 20230518) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had earth, malts and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were earth, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A tasty malty brew with strong hop notes.

Cask. Unclear amber color with soapy off-white head. Aroma is earthy, toffee. Taste is toffee, herbal, bready, bitter finish. Slick oily mouthfeel, flat. Nice Cask Ale!

Clear orange beer, practically no head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bit hoppy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, nice and hoppy, bit resinous, fruity touch, bitter. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, malty, pretty metallic, bit medicinal, meh, not impressive.

Sampled (cask) at Borefts 2019. Slightly hazy amber colour, frothy off white head (not much). Aroma's: caramel malts, hops, along with some fruit retronasal. Flavouris moderate bittersweet. Light bodied. Low carbonation. Finishes with a short firm bitterness, ashy, dry.

Sampled at Borefts 2019, Friday. A clear amber beer with a off white head. Aroma of caramelized malt, nuts, soft reddish malt. Taste of caramelized malt, dry mild resinous hops, low carbonation.
