This is a description of a modern pale ale. It has juicy malts and a firm bitterness from the classic Chinook variety. Citra, Strata, and HBC 638 hops create a festival of fruit flavors, reminiscent of mango and cantaloupe melon, and finishes clean with prominent citrus notes.
