cloudy yellow, no lasting head
surprisingly mild aroma of tart apples, feels balanced - but mild/watery, also a very good cider aroma, very clean, not apple juice, but faint.
nice very balanced flavor that is mild, slightly sourish, some apple, some leather, not that tart and sour, but a tiny bit. feels watered down. but then 6% abv... very refreshing and easy drinking. stil has the raw and wild feel of a spanish cider, but not at all agressive. Probably the most drinkable spanish cider i've had.

# 4986; 5/2026. Vintage 2024. Alc. 6 %. Sour apple, yeasty, slightly funky aroma. Murky yellow body; no head. Sour, bitter, apple, grapefruit, slightly funky. Lighter body; medium carbonation; very good drinkability. Very good Basque cider. 0,7 l, green bottle, local shop, Donostia (Basque Country, Spain).

Amarillo dorado muy turbio, sin espuma. Aroma rústico y afrutado. Muy agradable en boca, seca, fondo dulce buena acidez, afrutada, terrosa, astringente. Rica, rica.
