HOPPY Bcn Weisse featuring Amarillo, Wai-iti, Waimea & Citra The 2nd Hoppy sour to come out of Sant Andreu, hopefully the start of a seasonal series, Spring is round the corner, this super refreshing hoppy sour with a base grist of Extra Pale malt and wheat, kettle soured with Lactobaciclus (Plantarum) and fermented on London Fog yeast this joining forces of USA hops and New World New Zealand hops adding layers of citrus and stone fruits with a sherbety finish. Cerveza hoppy sour de color amarillo dorado de aspecto radiante. Emana una agradable peste a resina, pomelo, cebolleta y mandarina, con un rico fondo funky. En boca es fresca, ligera, seca , refrescante, de fácil beber, muy rica. Destellos cítricos y afrutados, acidez y amargor equilibrados. Eructos lupulados. Buen disfrute

Draft @ Garage Beer.
Leger pale, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet citron vert, malt pale et pils avec un effet de céréales et légère drêche en rétro-nasal. Fin bouquet citrique-sour sans être surfait.
Palais est léger houblonné oscillant sur les agrumes avec une base plus de citron vert – assez simple dans l’approche. Le caractère kettle sour reste plaisant et apporte une belle fraicheur à la base déjà légère de l’IPA.
