Sample from 2015 batch at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VIII on 10/07/2016. The beer is a hazy peach color with a medium thick white head that diminishes gradually. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of oak, cherry and yeast. Medium body with flavors of tart cherries, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately sour and oaky with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
