Mike Lackey has been brewing at Great Lakes since the early 90s, and has spent most of this century churning out some of the best IPAs (among other styles) Ontario has ever known. It was easy to pick a style for this collaboration as Volo and Lackey's history converge on IPA quite squarely. This beer is a mix or old and new school IPA, a true hybrid. Juicy hop aroma, solid bitterness, rich malt character and a hazy appearance. This beer is the modern history of Ontario IPA in a single glass.
