‘Off Theory’ is done in collaboration with Siren Craft Brew from the holy parish of Wokingham, UK. We now finally, have collaborated with all of our head brewer's former workplaces.
Off Theory is a big imperial stout brewed with English malt including large amounts of pale chocolate malt and a hint of vanilla. The result is a big smooth dark and milk chocolate flavoured imperial stout with dark fruits, caramel, roasted coffee and vanilla/chocolate finish.
The term Off theory is a cricketing term used for when bowler will bowl on or around off stump making the batsman play (AKA Corridor of uncertainty). Don’t let test and first class cricket die, go and watch your local counties/provinces and states play! Test cricket will always be the best cricket.

Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of chocolate and waffles much and smooth with hint of coffee and vanilla well balanced and sweet warming finish.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours practically black, with basically no foam. Aroma is rich, of chocolate, cherries under spirit, a little tobacco too. Body is fairly thick, with little carbonation, a little sticky. Taste is fairly sweet, while a bit roasty. Final is still rich and intriguing. A delice!

Can at CBJ, thanks to LKS . Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow tangy dark chocolate malts. Earthy dark chocolate, a little coffee. Some alcohol spice on the semi dry finish. Okay but a little heavy handed with not many offsets.

Black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is rich roast, chocolate, spice, charr.
Taste comprises cocoa powder, vanilla essence, dark malts, spice.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a lick of booze.
Okay stuff but a little stuck in 3rd gear.

Canned 330ml. Pitch black coloured, small brown head that went away fast, roasty and alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, roasty, alcohol, notes of lactose and mild vanilla with boozy finish.
