Canned, from Alko, Vaasa. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of banana, bubblegum and dark bread. Quite sweet with near full body and rounded mouthfeel. Finnish rye bread with peppery alcohol and banana skids. Low bitterness.

On tap at Juova, pours a clear dark reddish brown, no head. Aroma has plenty of dark bready caramel, plenty of spices and earthy branches. Flavour is quite sweet, with plenty of sweet caramel, bready notes, sticky syrupy notes, and spices. Sweeter than most sahtis. Good.

0,33l can at home. Canned 09/2025. BB 03/2026. Dark brown color, no head. smells raisins, dried fruits, spices, earthy, juniper. Nice to very nice smell. full body, no carbonation. tastes earthy, herbal, spices, tobacco, peppery, light dried fruits, light toffee, light coffee, juniper, light sweetness. finishes sweet with notes of herbs, spices and dried fruits. Nice to very nice one, a tad on the sweet side, but good complexity

A very dark brown, only big bubbles in the edge of glass. Aroma has sweetness with lots of banana, rye, juniper. Taste has sweet maltyness, banana, some rye, juniper and dough. Smooth, almost full bodied, no carbonation. Very good sahti, balanced and easy to enjoy.

Smell of juniper, yeast, rye bread. Cloudy brown colour, no head. Aroma of rye bread, earth, yeast, dough, juniper. No carbon. Medium bitter, sweet. Quite light body for sahti. Good one.
