Bottle shared in London - sourced from the meadery. Pours clear, pale yellow. The nose holds floral honey, dried honey, wheat flakes. Light sweet flavour, quite dry for a mead, with more floral notes, dried wheat bread. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Fairly dry and clean in the finish, more floral honey, wheat bread. Not as sugary as I like my meads, but this is really drinkable.

Bottle #641, batch 1. It pours clear pale yellow. The aroma is rich, slick, sticky, sweet, honeycomb and some floral notes. The taste is soft, tart, juicy, dry, pear skin, slick, oily, apple skin, honey and some floral action with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smells like mead, but tastes lighter and tarter. Odd, but sort of nice.
