Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Lightly hazy prange colour, fizzy head. Aroma of balsamic cherries and lemon extract. Sweetish and mildly citric with light body and clean mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Citric acid meets sugared cherries and salt, Low bitterness.

Optisch helles Kupfer, ordentlich Perlung. In der Nase Sauerkirschen. Im Trunk dezent sauer, Kirschen, frisch, spät trocken. Vielleicht etwas wässrig, aber schon okay.

Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma is cherries, mild salty tones with some earth. Flavour is cherries, salty tones with mild earthy and sweet wooden tones. This one has a bit slightly artificial feel to it. Somewhat dry still.

Can from Craft Beer Cellar. Pours orange gold with small off white head head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is cherry, berry, mineral, salt. Thin body, sweet cherry, berry, wheat, light salt finish, good.

Cansample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pinkish pale yellow. Lacto, a bit of pickled vegetables, a bit of cherries, sourish with a sweetish note.
