This beer was created using organic 2023 harvest 'Sweet Treat' pluerries from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, Washington.
These tree-ripened plum × cherry hybrids were refermented with a single barrel of well-aged mixed culture spelt saison.
Refermented to condition in the bottle.

Light hazy purple color. Very tart nice light oak and excellent blueberries and cherry notes. Nice sweet fruit undertones, very tart and funky palate. The sweetness from fruit and sourness of base beer is amazing. Nice sugary sweet finish. Amazing
