Bia Dẻ Muertos Imperial Stout with Roasted Chestnuts, at a festival-strength 9.4%ABV!
We’ve taken this working-man’s staple enjoyed for more than 300 years and brought it to Autumn in Hanoi with the addition of chestnuts from the mountains of Northern Vietnam, more than 1kg per keg! The rich, roasted nuttiness complements the natural coffee and dark chocolate flavors of this style, while the long, slow boil allows these deep toasty notes to fully develop and infuse each sip with a taste of Fall--as well as bringing the ABV up to a punch that’s warming in stomach and soul. This is a special ale, suited for any Falltime festival you want to celebrate.

Net iets te veel op de droge kastanjes, maar verder top. Pikzwart, lichte schuimkraag. Kastanjes, bacon, chocolade, pindakaas. Chocolade, toffee, praline, licht after eight, Werther's echte. #vietnam
