On tap at Darby's. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Nice Brett and rustic grains on the nose, good funk. Flavour has rustic yeast, fairly grainy, decent funk. A bit thin on the palate, but pleasant enough

On tap at Darby’s, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some acetone, musty brett, and floral dry-hopping. Flavour has a nice forceful dry-hopping character that is pleasant, but the saison yeast character underneath is the usual estery stuff. The hops do elevate this though. Maybe the brett needs more time? It’s alright.
