5 oz draft. Aroma is lemon and some straw. Flavor is light and refreshing with lemon, grass in a very mild spicy yeast hint. Good cracker malt backing. Soft, mild table bier.

Canned 6/10/25, drunk 7/16/25.
Clear, pale brass-golden. Big, fluffy, well-retained, white head.
Smells great. Tons of hop character adding fresh herb, freshly cut grass and a fruity yeast behind it that isn't the typical Americanized "Let 'er rip" approach. Stone fruit, honey, biscuit and light black pepper with light mineral. Clean.
Soft and malty with honey and biscuit. White and black pepper with moderate stone fruit character. Good attenuation and body. Fresh, herbal hopping. Baguette, pepper, hints of clove lingering. Very impressive classic and difficult style done well here.
