This Hazy Double IPA, which we have brewed with our friends from Full circle in the UK, is inspired by an angel and the sculpture of Newcastle, inviting you on a celestial journey of flavors. The Krush, Mosaic, and Citra hops intertwine to offer an explosion of citrus and tropical aromas, with juicy notes of mandarin, apricot, mango, and a resinous touch. Its smooth and hazy body caresses the palate, while the balanced bitterness elevates you to the heights. A beer to enter celestial mode!

Malts: Barley malt, oat malt and flaked oats
Hops: Krush, Mosaic and Citra.
Doble Dryhopping: Krush, Mosaic and Citra.

Barwa pomarańczowo żółta, mocno opalizująca. Piana koloru białego, wysoka, trwała. Ładnie znaczy kolejne przechylenia szklanki.
Aromat silny, intensywny, słodki słodowy, chmielowy owocowy i kwiatowy.
Smak podobnie jak aromat słodki, tutaj jednak z delikatnie mocniejszą na finiszu goryczką. Goryczka zestowa, umiarkowanie wysoka, właściwie dominuje jedynie na finiszu, nieco zalega.
Alkohol schowany. Wysycenie średnie w górę. Ciało pełne. Tekstura płynu przyjemnie gładka, aksamitna. Posmak średnio długi wytrawny.
