Bristol is a West Coast IPA brewed with flaked rice for a light, dry and clean body with a hint of sweetness.
Dry hopped with HBC638 and Citra Cryo, it is highly drinkable and highly flavourful with notes of lemon peel, sweet orange, and dried mango.
We really enjoyed what we tasted in our Experimental IPA #65 so we scaled it up, slightly modified it, and turned it into Bristol.

473ml can. (6.0% abv). Pours a slightly hazy gold yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves sticky curtains of soapy lace. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, orange, mango, cantaloupe and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, grapefruit, lemon peel, mango, honeydew melon and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and easy to drink.

On tap at Superflux. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Pine hops and a bit od dank oils on the nose. Flavour has dank oils, dry pine, and a touch of allium. Good carbonation and a dry finish. Very nice.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Nose has some piney hops, a bit of citrus, and soft biscuity malt on the underside. Flavour is bright, clean and well-hopped, with plenty of piney hops, subtle hints of tropical fruit, and citrus peel. Really nice bright piney and fruity hops, no oniony notes from the Citra Cryo (thankfully), and good clarity. One of Superflux’s best beers in years.

Dullish pale. Thin head. Bright, orange, dried apricot, moderate bitterness, clean pale malt. One of the more effective flux beers in recent memory.

Poured from the tap @ Superflux Cabana. Clear yellow gold with small white head. Clean biscuity malt with a distinct rice water quality, soft pine hops with feint citrus in the background. Decent.
