Taste is sweet-ish-and-sour-ish fruity, mildly yeasty funky, spicy and mildly tangy, hints of plum, a touch of brett, some brine, mustard seed, a touch of pink pepper, dill.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, fairly smooth, minimally astringent palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, plum matches well with the mild funk, fairly refreshing, not the most appealing appearance, though - enjoyable.
