Bottle 330ml. [ As Nattheimer Öchsle ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, light butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours clear golden with a small egg white head. Sweat, grain and mild perfume. Dry and grainy bitter. Medium bodied.

Bottle: Clear, golden, visible carbonation, small white foamy layer; cardboardy-grainy nose plus some strawy aromas; moderate sweetish flavour, a bit sticky, medium bodied; light traces of citrussy hops in the sweet grainy finish. Not great....

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly grainy malt-accented aroma with notes of vanilla and shy floral hops. Sweet and slightly flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Good malty base with notes of grains, honey, a subtle fruity touch and discreet floral accents; drying and slimming towards the finish the brew ends mildly sweet malty and grainy with a flowery hoppy note. Pleasant to drink. 19.V.10

Bottle. Very sweet corn/barley aroma. Pale yellow color with minimal head. Sweet barley malt and bitter grass hops flavor. A bit cloying. Pretty mediocre.
