A beer with a complex sourness originating from the saison yeast and natural quince juice. Medium toasted French oak and phenols from the quince round this refreshing beer off with cidery and winey notes. This beer will increase in complexity with aging, and can be matured for several years.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, white head. Aroma: Oak wood, malty. Taste: A lot of oak wood, vanilla, tannins. Little left of the Flemish Sour. Malty base, just a little tartness, light sweetness and very light bitterness. Oak overrules everything. Dry-ish finish. A bit like eating old oak wood furniture... A few sips is ok, but a whole bottle is a bit (too) much.
