1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varieties of fresh apricots from the Rhône Valley (France) and Gewürztraminer grapes from Christoph Lindenlaub in Alsace (France). Being both aromatic lambics, our aim for this blend was to bring back those bouquets into the beer itself. The aromas of the apricots complement the fragrance of the gewürztraminer resulting in the perception of caramelised apricots with hints of spices. Warming up, the noyaux of the apricot pits, together with the typical lychee and rosewater flavours of the gewürztraminer refine the vinous aftertaste.
