Description
As the first certified organic brewery in South Tyrol, we produce our beer exclusively from organic grain and hops. We say no to chemicals and yes to our own spring water and electricity from our hydroelectric power station. And we take our natural philosophy one step further. AH beers are neither filtered nor heat-treated so that all the valuable ingredients are preserved. This way, you can enjoy beer in its purest form.
About 500 to 800 hectolitres of beer are sold at the bar and shop of our AH-Bräu every year. That puts us among those small, fine breweries. And that’s how we want it to stay!
