Hops, malt and elbow grease. We've stuck by this motto from the beginning. We brew our beer in small batches, by hand and with the highest-quality ingredients. We don't filter and we don't heat-treat, ensuring our product is as fresh and full-bodied as possible.
There is once again a working brewery on the once derelict Pfefferberg site. Within Pfefferbräu, well-known and respected local Master Brewer Thorsten Schoppe utilises over 20-years’ brewing experience, mostly in Berlin, to craft some great, unique beers for his Schoppe Bräu brewery.
