We are a Dutch French team Amsterdam based, we love craft cider but the great ones are difficult to get in a bar. As beer and wine, cider is a beverage with a lot of history and tradition. Countries surrounding the Lowlands are drinking it, sometimes as much as beer, but here no cider culture and consumption. Thomas is from Bretagne where cider is traditionally and widely produced, he knows cider from its childhood, as it was made by his family. He knows right from wrong instinctively when it comes to cider. Martijn is renowned as one of the Cider expert in the Netherland, he is specializing into selecting, importing and distributing a wide variety of Ciders coming from all over Europe. Together we have just started Project Cider for which we are aiming to make craft cider available. Project Cider corresponds to our market study we are conducting in several places to understand the response from the Amsterdam audience within the Horeca system
