Stadsbrouwerij Dordrecht is a special brewery. It is an educational training foundation where students from practical and vocational education, together with volunteers, brew beer by hand.

The brewery stands for pure craftsmanship. Just like German and Belgian beers, our beer is top-fermented. During fermentation, the yeast floats to the top. This gives our beer its full flavour.
