About
The Brasserie Artisanale de Rodemack is the result of the meeting of four characters… First of all, the two brothers-in-law, Nicolas and Sylvain. They have been home brewers for three years and have more than 40 brews to their credit. Damien, the cousin, brings his expertise as a winegrower. After many years of cultivating his vines and vinifying his Pinots Noirs, Pinots Gris, Pinots Blancs and others from Auxerre in the AOC Moselle (in Haute Kontz), he adds brewing to his skills. Finally, Van, Damien’s longtime friend, has been interested in beer for some time. After a quick training with the two brothers-in-law, he catches the brewing bug.
In October 2016, on the strength of its success, the brewery, too cramped in its garden, expanded and moved to the center of the village. It is then 3 large brewing tanks of 500 liters each and 3 fermenters of 625 liters which ensure the production. In January 2021, building on its success, the brewery enlarged its fermentation room. There are now 5 fermenters which ensure the production with a fermentation capacity of 40 hl.
