Pharmacist by training, for several years, I brewed as an amateur in order to understand the different styles of beer as well as the manufacturing process which was standardized very quickly, professional deformation, most certainly. We do not have a commercial infrastructure other than our 20 L "pilot" installation that we use to create and improve our recipes. This is why we have partnered with a craft brewery for the brewing of commercial volumes: The Grain d'Orge brewery, located in the heart of the village of Hombourg.
